WE OFFER FIXED PRICING
for debt collection in the construction industry
For claims that fall under Chapter 3 of the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 we offer fixed fees. This includes all work from preparing or receiving the payment claim or payment schedule, whichever is applicable until the adjudication decision is given by the adjudicator.
