Online Purchase Process
When you make a purchase through our Site, you should receive your purchased electronic template automatically to the nominated email address once the payment is processed. System delays and online issues may occur that are outside of our control. In the event you do not receive your order within one business day, please contact us so we can resolve the issue for you. Further delays may occur if you contact us outside of business hours (9:00am to 5:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday), during a weekend or on a Public Holiday. When you receive your email, download links are valid for 30 days.
